Recently, I completed a side project in my spare time—an Interactive Dividend Investing Web App 📈 The goal of this project was to integrate the investment tools I use most frequently into a single platform through programming. So far, I have implemented three core features: 🔹 Portfolio Tracker * Record every stock purchase * Automatically calculate total returns, including dividends * Track and organize dividend payment history 🔹 Investment Goal Simulator * Set a target portfolio value * Estimate the time required to achieve the goal based on the current investment plan * Support long-term dividend investing strategies 🔹 Portfolio Health Check * Analyze portfolio allocation * Evaluate concentration risk and asset diversification * Provide suggestions for portfolio optimization I look forward to continuing to leverage AI and software development to build practical tools that simplify investing and solve real-world problems.
