Before this experience, I rarely thought about how others perceived my online identity. Social media was mostly a space for entertainment, connection, and casual interaction. However, as I began building a more professional online presence, I realized that every detail—from the content we share to the way we describe ourselves—contributes to how others understand who we are. What I found most interesting is that building a professional image is not about appearing perfect. Instead, it is about presenting our experiences, interests, and values in an authentic and meaningful way. As a Media and Communication student, this process has given me a deeper understanding of the relationship between identity, communication, and digital platforms. It has also reminded me that our online presence is not just a reflection of who we are, but also a form of communication that shapes how we connect with others in today’s digital environment. #MediaAndCommunication #ProfessionalIdentity #DigitalMedia #PersonalBranding #Communication #LinkedIn
