They say some moments stand still, and the one captured in this photo during our collective graduation ceremony is undoubtedly one of them. ​Following a challenging yet deeply rewarding academic journey, standing in the heart of Birmingham—one of the UK’s premier hubs for science and innovation—outside the prestigious Royal Business College to celebrate completing our Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) filled me with an overwhelming sense of pride, gratitude, and joy, especially seeing my fellow graduates reap the fruits of their hard work. ​This journey, which culminated in success in 2025, was much more than a commitment to curricula and research; it was a path of profound personal and intellectual growth.
