Summer for me is a shorthand for the tennis. Wimbledon is my favourite 'time of year' and always gets me thinking about high performance and the things that get in the way. So I wrote a little article about a fantastic book (The Inner Game of Tennis by Timothy Gallwey) which is my go-to when I start to feel the pressure.
