Aller guten Dinge sind drei – drei Jahre Nordzucker 🍬 Wie schnell die Zeit vergeht, merkt man oft erst, wenn man kurz innehält. Genau so ein Moment war es für mich vor ein paar Tagen: Am 1. April hatte ich Geburtstag und gleichzeitig mein dreijähriges Jubiläum bei Nordzucker. Vor drei Jahren habe ich meinen Arbeitgeber gewechselt und bin mit noch nicht allzu viel Berufserfahrung, dafür aber mit umso mehr Motivation bei Nordzucker gestartet. Mein Fokus: Recruiting & Marketing. Heute, drei Jahre später, weiß ich ganz sicher – diese Entscheidung war genau richtig. Warum? Weil ich von Anfang an Vertrauen bekommen habe. Vertrauen und Verantwortung. Ob Recruiting-Themen, Messeorganisation und -begleitung oder die Übernahme von Projektverantwortung. Ich durfte viele neue Themen anpacken, mich ausprobieren, lernen und immer wieder über mich hinauswachsen. Besonders stolz macht mich der Rückblick auf die vergangenen drei Jahre und die Vielfalt an Themen, die ich begleiten durfte. Vor allem das ehrliche und positive Feedback von Kolleginnen und Kollegen, Führungskräften und Bewerbenden hat mich motiviert und darin bestärkt, jeden Tag mit Engagement und Freude dabei zu sein. Ich bin dankbar für alles, was war, und freue mich sehr auf das, was kommt. Auf weitere gemeinsame Jahre bei Nordzucker AG, neue Themen, neue Herausforderungen und ganz viel Lernen. 💛🚀 #togetherwegrow #nordzuckerag #jubiläum #proud All good things come in threes – three years at Nordzucker 🍬   You often only realize how fast time flies when you take a moment to pause. That was exactly the case for me a few days ago: on April 1st, I celebrated my birthday – and at the same time, my three-year anniversary at Nordzucker. Three years ago, I decided to change employers and started my journey at Nordzucker with not a lot of professional experience yet, but with even more motivation. My focus: Recruiting & Marketing. Today, three years later, I can say with absolute certainty – it was the right decision. Why?   Because I was given trust from day one. Trust and responsibility. Whether it was navigating the recruiting topics, organizing and attending career fairs, or taking on project responsibilities – I was able to explore many new topics, learn a lot, and continuously grow beyond myself. Looking back on the past three years, I’m especially proud of the wide range of topics I had the chance to be involved in. Above all, the honest and positive feedback from colleagues, leaders, and candidates has motivated me and reinforced my commitment to show up every day with passion and enthusiasm.
