Today, we’re pleased to introduce Mariana Truta, Frontend Developer 👩‍💻 based in Porto: Mariana joined Tridonic in 2023 to write her master’s thesis on context-based lighting control. From the start, she stood out with her curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving how things work. What began as a student project soon became more: after completing her degree in computer science, she continued as a Front-End Developer. In the Keyture team, she shapes the web interface with care, always focusing on the user experience. Since then, Mariana has grown impressively – strengthening not only her technical expertise but also her sense of ownership, collaboration, and product thinking. She learns quickly, asks the right questions, and brings calm, positive energy to the team. Her colleagues value her reliability, openness, and genuine passion for her work. Her story is still unfolding, but already it shows something simple and meaningful: when curiosity meets the right environment, growth happens naturally, and it feels good for everyone involved.
