We often hear that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. I’ve been thinking about this lately, and it goes deeper than just the beauty.... Anyone can look at a painting. Not everyone pauses long enough to feel what it’s trying to say. Anyone can look at the moon. Not everyone feels something shifts within them because of it. Anyone can stand by the ocean. Not everyone listens to what the waves are quietly repeating. The difference is not in what’s in front of us. It’s in how we choose to see....the perspectives with which we see and experience... In a world that moves fast, where we scroll more than we sit with things, depth is becoming rare. And so are people who truly see you or try to understand you beyond the surface. Not just what you do, but who you are, what you carry, what you’re becoming.... You may meet hundreds of people in your journey. You may be appreciated, liked, even admired... But being truly seen is something different. It happens rarely, and when it does, it changes how you see yourself too... Maybe the goal is not to be understood by everyone. It's not about validation. Maybe it is to stay authentic enough so that when the right people come along, they recognize your value without you having to explain it. Because in the end, the right eyes don’t just look at you. They understand you. Not everyone will understand your depth, but in the right eyes, you will never go unnoticed or unappreciated. And maybe that’s what meaningful work and real connections are all about. Cheers to my 10,000+ LinkedIn community here. Blessed. 😇✨ #perspective #authenticity #selfawareness #growth #humanconnections
