One year with Deloitte✨😇 It honestly feels strange and beautiful to say this out loud because somewhere between deadlines, brainstorming calls, revisions, late-night thoughts, creative experiments, learning curves, ownership, and small wins, an entire year quietly passed by. This year taught me how much growth happens when you stop limiting yourself to just your role and start taking accountability beyond it. From handling responsibilities, managing expectations, collaborating with different people, taking initiatives, owning tasks, contributing and learning new tricks of the trade, and constantly finding smarter ways to approach things, every experience added something meaningful. One thing that became even clearer was my vision. I have always believed learning should never feel mechanical or lifeless. It should feel engaging, thoughtful, human-centered, and impactful. Here, I got the opportunity to work on storyboarding, structuring Brainshark modules, integrating AI-driven approaches within Storyline, working on the Zoomforth platform, content designing, formatting, developing scripts, refining learner experiences, and building content that balances creativity with functionality. Beyond execution, I genuinely enjoyed understanding the “why” behind every learning experience and how small design choices can completely change engagement and retention. Every project pushed me to think deeper, design smarter, and evolve not just as a creator but as someone trying to contribute meaningfully to the learning space. There were days full of pressure, and days where I genuinely surprised myself with how much more I was capable of handling. Somewhere in all of this, I became calmer with challenges, more confident in my decisions, more observant, more solution-oriented, and far more open to growth. What I value the most is how peacefully this year unfolded. Not everything came loudly. Some of the biggest lessons came quietly through consistency, patience, adaptability, teamwork, communication, and simply showing up every day trying to do better than yesterday. I had opportunities to work on multiple deliverables, creative problem-solving, stakeholder expectations, content and learning experiences, initiatives beyond regular work, collaborative discussions, process understanding, and much more. Every little thing contributed. Looking back, I feel grateful for every person who shared knowledge, trusted my capabilities, challenged my thinking, appreciated my work, corrected me when needed, and helped me evolve both professionally and personally. And honestly, I think this is just the beginning. I am entering the next year with more clarity, more ambition, and a stronger belief in my own potential. Looking forward to learning & growing into an even better version of myself. Cheers to completing one beautiful year & to many more milestones ahead 🤍 #oneyearanniversary #deloitte #instructionaldesign #learningexperiencedesign #growthmindset #CareerGrowth
