We recently set out to create a concept TVC with a deeply emotional touch, heavily inspired by the iconic legacy of Grameenphone Ltd. The narrative spans two decades. We start in 2003, with a young man working tirelessly at the Chittagong port in the pouring rain—miles away from his village and his pregnant wife. His only comfort? Hearing her voice through a classic feature phone. Fast forward to today: life has completely transformed. The struggles have turned into success, the old feature phones have evolved into sleek smartphones, and the family is happily reunited. The core message we wanted to capture is this: Time and distance change everything, but that one phone call always makes you forget the miles. Thanks to the reliable connection we’ve grown up with through Grameenphone Ltd, you never truly feel the distance.
