We opened our doors at zooplus #Krakow for something a little different. A hands on workshop focused on #empathy and #resilience in times that aren’t always easy. 11 participants joined us (about half of them candidates), bringing honest conversations, real-life experiences, and a lot of openness into the room. Together with the team we explored how better self-awareness and emotional understanding can help us make decisions, stay grounded, and support each other at work. The feedback? Overwhelmingly positive and a strong reminder that creating spaces like this really matters.
