A recent example is Fiona Zahner from our Swiss site in Hombrechtikon. She joined Zollner in August 2023 as a Test Field Technician, Test Technician and Vocational Trainer. At the same time, she completed her continuing education program to become a Certified Electrical Engineering Technician (HF), which she successfully finished in the fall of 2025. After completing her qualification, Fiona was looking for new professional challenges. Since June 2026, she has been contributing her expertise as a Process Engineer in our Engineering team. 🧩 Her journey demonstrates the opportunities that open up at Zollner when motivation, continuing education and internal development opportunities come together.
