𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 📈 At the beginning of July, we were excited to welcome six new colleagues to our Pune location. A successful onboarding process is built on personal support and hands-on knowledge sharing, which is why our colleague Thomas Bachl, responsible for Procurement Operations at Zollner, was on-site during their first few days to help the new team get off to a great start. Although the weather conditions temporarily limited the team's time together in the office, every opportunity was used to share knowledge and answer questions. Working together and getting to know one another in person creates a strong foundation for successful collaboration from day one – even across borders.
