The event focused on the question of how the future is evolving and which innovations are considered the driving forces behind it. The keynote presentation, โ€œResilient and Future-Ready โ€“ Strategies and Impulses for the Day After Tomorrow,โ€ highlighted, among other things, how companies can navigate an increasingly fast-paced world shaped by emerging trends. During Forum 1, titled โ€œCreativity Meets Efficiency โ€“ Smarter Approaches to Innovation Cycles,โ€ they gained practical insights into best-practice methods for implementing this approach. Topics such as industrial design and sustainable transformation in the construction industry took center stage, demonstrating the many different ways innovation processes can be structured. These presentations inspired new perspectives on how to shape a future that is both sustainable and strong. ๐ŸŒฑ The day concluded with a discussion on how trends, ideas, and innovations can be communicated and shared โ€“ both internally and externally. After all, โ€œTransformation does not fail because of IT โ€“ it fails because of silence.โ€ Active exchange and communication play a crucial role in the success of change initiatives. The congress provided many valuable insights and demonstrated that innovation thrives on exchange and is driven by collaboration. ๐Ÿ’ซ #IdeasAndInnovation #KnowledgeSharing #Transformation #ChangeManagement #InnovationManagement #FutureThinking
