𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐚 🏗️ With Phase 2, a state-of-the-art production, office and logistics facility covering nearly 10,000 square meters is being built in Cartago. This expansion creates additional capacity and further strengthens our long-term presence in Central America. The expansion includes additional production space across two new floors, modern logistics areas with a high-bay warehouse as well as new infrastructure and technical areas designed to support future requirements. An international construction project of this scale comes with numerous challenges – from coordinating multiple project partners to managing the delivery of the steel structure and façade elements from China. Thanks to the close collaboration and outstanding commitment of our project team, we successfully balanced quality, schedule and cost throughout the project. The significant time difference between project partners also meant that more than a few late nights were required along the way. 🕰️ With completion of contruction, the focus shifts to ramping up the new production and logistics operations.
