Materials used in these applications must perform under extreme conditions. This is where standards such as NADCAP apply – and where ZOLLERN is further expanding its capabilities in high-performance superalloy production. The Materials Testing Laboratory (MTL) at our Ravne site is now NADCAP accredited, meeting the highest requirements for materials analysis. The accreditation covers: • GD-OES for the determination of major elements • Elemental analysis (C, N, O, S) • GDMS for trace elements in nickel-based alloys At ZOLLERN, production and NADCAP-accredited analysis are closely integrated – ensuring full control over alloy quality from the very beginning.
