Operations Leader | Scaling International Teams & Future-Proof Strategies | Product & CX Strategy

Google’s "Project Aristotle" spent two years decoding what makes a team elite. The secret sauce wasn't individual genius—it was psychological safety. It’s the freedom to speak up, own your mistakes, ask the "stupid" questions, and show your true self. And you know what? We lived that for the last 10 months. Our group became a real-life laboratory of relationships. There was no room for facades. Instead of competing on knowledge, we created a space for radical listening and shared vulnerability. We "disarmed" challenges with pad thai and pizza -fueled laughter and deep, honest conversations. We didn't just learn; we built an environment where we felt seen, accepted, and safe enough to challenge our own patterns. A massive thank you, Ewa Hartman, PhD for architecting this space. You didn't just teach a program; you fostered a community where trust wasn't a buzzword—it was our foundation. Thank you Magda Huczek, Iwo Zmyślony, Bart Jurkowski, Rafał Cupiał, Irek Piętowski for sharing your knowledge and experience.
