May was an intense and stimulating month, dedicated to engaging with students of all ages and academic backgrounds as part of our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding activities. We began by hosting the ITI Buonarroti Institute for an on-site company visit—an opportunity for mutual discovery during which we opened the doors of our Trento facility to the curiosity and enthusiasm of two classes. On May 20, we took part in the annual Career Fair of Università di Trento , where we made ourselves available to students and recent graduates, offering support also in their career orientation journey. Finally, on Wednesday the 27th, we had the pleasure of speaking at the Tech Talks organized by the UniTrento DII - Department of Industrial Engineering at UNITN, with a presentation dedicated to kdc/one Scented & Living Solutions and Zobele Italia. On this occasion, we shared not only our company story, but above all our personal journeys as professionals—individuals who, starting from university, have built their careers step by step, growing into roles increasingly aligned with their skills and aspirations. A special thanks to Alice Figliolini , Luigi Raoss, Raffaele Marchesini, and Maurizio Segalla for supporting the HR team in these initiatives.
