From May 11th to 14th, the kdc/one Scented & Living Solutions site in Hermosillo proudly hosted an incredible Kaizen Week, bringing together more than 60 colleagues from across our division, including participants from the USA, Brazil, India, China, Italy, and Bulgaria, as well as teams from Hermosillo and Monterrey. During these four days, cross-functional collaboration took place across departments such as EHS, CI, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning, Quality, Production, D&I, IT, and Finance. Thank you to all the participants for their ideas, collaboration, and teamwork. Together, you made this event a great success. Our commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork continues to drive meaningful impact across our organization!
