🎉 Our “Next Step Lehre” event was a great success! 🎉 We were delighted to welcome young talents interested in exploring the exciting apprenticeship opportunities at our company. During the event, participants had the opportunity to discover our apprenticeship programs and gain valuable hands-on insights into the following fields 🔍: • 🧪 Plastics Engineering Technology • ⚙️ Mechatronics, Automation Technology & Robotics • 🔧 Metal Engineering – Toolmaking & Machining Technology At the individual stations, attendees experienced practical demonstrations and learned more about the diverse career paths and development opportunities available within our apprenticeship programs 💡. As a fourth stop, visitors explored our History Room 🏛️, where they gained insights into our company’s history as well as the evolution of our apprenticeship training programs. The event provided a fantastic platform for networking, asking questions, and helping young people take the next step toward their future careers 🤝🚀.
