This year I had the chance to attend the annual elections of the Ankara Chamber of Civil Engineers (IMO). It was also a nice surprise to run into my old ODTU friends Mert Demirayak and Berna Demirayak after many years. Walking around downtown Ankara, especially Kızılay and İzmir Caddesi, brought back a lot of memories from our university days.
