Alignment isn't something that happens by accident. It takes time. It takes honesty. And sometimes it takes getting everyone in the same room and having the conversations that are easy to avoid. That's what last weekend was about for us at OneLayer. Two days, full leadership team, talking openly about our culture, our direction, and what it takes to get there. Not a status update. Not a review. A real conversation. The best thing about this team is that when we create that space, people show up for it. No performance, just honest, direct thinking from people who care about building something great. That's not something you take for granted.
