The award is decided through a fully blind sensory evaluation by an independent jury of more than 250 Michelin-starred chefs and award-winning sommeliers. No brand names, no context. Just taste, judged on its own merit. "Consumers increasingly understand the importance of omega-3 nutrition, but taste continues to be a critical factor in long-term product use," says Emmalee Gisslevik, Senior R&D Specialist at Zinzino. "Receiving this recognition from an independent international jury validates our commitment to combining scientific excellence with an enjoyable consumer experience."
