For many girls, access to menstrual hygiene products can mean the difference between being in the classroom or staying at home. Through the #PurplePeach Project, implemented in partnership with the The Ghana Chamber of Mines, we are helping to remove that barrier by providing approximately eight months' supply of sanitary pads to 1,036 schoolgirls across our host communities, while also creating opportunities for open conversations around menstrual health and hygiene. Because every girl deserves the confidence to learn, the dignity to thrive, and the opportunity to pursue her dreams without interruption.
