Thrilled to share that MouseMapper is out in Nature! 🎉 MouseMapper started during my PhD, a project that combined whole-body tissue clearing, light sheet microscopy and AI to map disease across the entire mouse body in 3D. Tissue clearing has been central to my research for a long time, and seeing where this technology can go continues to inspire the work I'm building now. So proud of this team of interdisciplinary scientists and what a privilege to have worked with them. Congratulations to all co-authors!
