At almost every Brussels inauguration, I find myself thinking: soon we’ll need a wide-angle photographer just to get all the responsible politicians in the frame 😅 Maybe every picture should come with a mandatory caption: who did what, who decided what, who paid for what, and who is actually responsible for what. Not to be cynical, but because citizens deserve to understand how things work. And that’s why I get Dimitri’s dream: imagine if bridges, roads and maintenance in Brussels simply fell under one clear responsibility. You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one.
