Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of the Carl Remigius Fresenius Education Group and where she was a Member of the Executive Board of one of Germany’s largest private education groups. Stephanie Heinecke will assume the position of sole Managing Director of ZU from Thomas Brandt, effective August 1, 2026.
