Finally. After 6 months of off-campus grind, an indefinitely deferred offer from college placement and way too much waiting, learning and patience, I have officially upgraded from gmail.com to amd.com. Happy to announce I started this year at AMD as a Software System Designer 2 working on compiler optimization. Yes, the grind was slow. Yes, it was uncertain. Yes, it tested patience. Still worth it.
