Reflecting on a strong year and setting the goals for the next one together. Last week, Hamed and Nico brought together all department leaders for our Business Update to reflect on the past year and share the goals and priorities for the year ahead. It was also a moment to say thank you for the incredible work our teams delivered and for the commitment that made our shared success possible. 🙏 Workshops during the day included updates from Corporate Communications and CSR on our refreshed corporate identity 🎨 and sustainability 🌱, from Procurement on our raw material strategy, and by our IT team on AI and cybersecurity 💻🔐. Thank you to everyone who participated and to all those who helped shape the day with preparation, ideas and open exchange. We are excited to move into the year ahead together as one team. 🚀
