A challenging 2021 is nearing its end. A year without trade fairs, hardly any customer visits, a lot of working from home and MS Teams meetings. The online world has become even more important. The main focus was on the logistical challenges, spot-buy and price increases. These were sometimes difficult to explain to our customers, but despite the pandemic and worldwide scarcity of materials, we can be proud of our achieved results. Our internal and external processes have been improved and we are working even more efficiently and our stock position is back to normal.
