Weingut Wittmann – Gutshof Valentin At the edge of the village of Westhofen, surrounded by vineyards, the historic Gutshof Valentin has been carefully restored as part of the world of Weingut Wittmann. Built in 1837, the estate brings together the raw authenticity of its stone walls with clear, contemporary architectural additions — creating a calm, characterful setting for wine tastings and celebrations. Inside, exposed timber beams, natural stone and restrained interventions of glass and steel shape a light, composed atmosphere. Carefully chosen furnishings, such as OKITO PLY DINING chairs and VERMU HIGH standing tables, support the architecture without competing with it. The outdoor courtyard completes the ensemble, opening the historic structure toward the surrounding landscape. A project defined by restraint, material honesty and a quiet dialogue between past and present.
