Despite a challenging market environment, we strengthened our position. As a leading provider of ventilation and indoor climate solutions we continued our transformation. Highlights from our first ever fully Integrated Report 2025: ✅ Sales up 8% to EUR 760.7 million, driven by strong growth in the ventilation segment ✅ Ventilation now represents 66% of total Group sales ✅ Adjusted EBIT increased to EUR 65.2 million (EBIT margin 8.6%; +150bps) ✅ Successful integration of Siber ✅ Strong sustainability footprint: Over 68% of sales are EU taxonomy eligible‑taxonomy‑eligible Our strategic priorities remain clear: • Strengthening our ventilation footprint in Europe and North America • Expanding service and renovation offerings • Capturing additional value in the multi‑family homes segment • Further investments in innovation for climate indoor solutions • Growing our Clean Air Solutions business • Turning around the radiator business Looking into 2026, we remain confident.
