A year ago, my co-founders and I were launching a clothing brand and we needed creators. Models for shoots, influencers for the campaign, stylists, photographers, basically the entire team. Jumping into this process was an eyeopener. Weeks of unanswered DMs, stale media kits, WhatsApp referrals that led nowhere, and paid intros that turned out to be completely wrong fits. At some point I messaged my co-founders, "Why isn't there a Tinder for this?" The idea stuck. I was already working at a large multi-market scaleup at the time and while it consumed most of my days, the problem however never left my mind. Eventually I stopped waiting for someone else to build it. PartnerIn is where brands and creators find each other. Brands post campaigns. Creators apply. The right match happens without the mess.
