One conversation in London changed how we’re thinking about software delivery. During our CTO’s recent visit to London, She caught up with a former mentor who has spent years delivering technology companies and founders building products across the UK. One observation stood out. The winners aren’t necessarily building the most customised software anymore. They’re building the fastest path to market. Instead of spending months developing feature-complete platforms before speaking to customers, more organisations are prioritising: • Rapid validation of ideas • Faster deployment • Early customer adoption • Continuous iteration based on real usage In other words… Traction is becoming more valuable than perfection. It challenged some of our own assumptions. We naturally want to design elegant architectures and comprehensive solutions. But customers aren’t buying architecture. They’re buying outcomes. That insight has shaped one of the ways we’re expanding Zeds Career First into the UK and African market. Alongside our digital transformation and enterprise software services, we’re introducing a Rapid Product Validation Sprint designed for organisations that want to test ideas before committing to significant development investment. The goal is simple: ✔ Validate demand quickly. ✔ Build only what creates value. ✔ Learn from real users. ✔ Scale with confidence. The technology landscape continues to evolve, and so should the way we build products. One of the biggest lessons brought home from London wasn’t about a new technology. It was about reducing the distance between an idea and customer validation. That’s a lesson worth building a business around. #LondonTech #SoftwareEngineering #ProductDevelopment #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #Startups #MVP #EnterpriseTechnology #AfricaTech #UKTech #FounderJourney
