A strong start into the zeb journey 🚀 26 new colleagues from Amsterdam, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Münster and Zurich recently came together for our zeb.start program. With different experiences, backgrounds and perspectives, they brought fresh energy to the group and to our zeb community. 😊 Over the course of the week, the participants explored what working at zeb is all about. Alongside introductions to our consulting approach, collaboration model and culture, the program offered many opportunities to connect, exchange ideas and build a #network across locations from the very beginning. Simon Mühlon and Kerstin Osterloh guided the group through the central topics of the week. By sharing practical insights and experiences from everyday consulting, they helped our new joiners gain a clear understanding of their new working environment. Another key part of the program was the Corporate Mission, prepared by Nadège Siepelt and Marita Heidrich and presented by our partner Philip Franck. The session brought our shared purpose to life and showed how teamwork, strategic thinking and real impact are connected at zeb. To round off the week, our new joiners presented the results of their case work. One of our partners Dr. Klaus Strenge attended the session, listened to their presentations, and provided valuable feedback, giving participants additional insights into consulting at zeb.
