Mart 2019 - Aralık 2021 Çok şey değişti… 🙃 Bir örgütlenmenin fikri olarak zihne yerleştiği günden itibaren rakamsal olarak kısa geçen bu sürede, sayısız şey öğrendim. Ve gerçek anlamda çok şey değişti. Sancılı süreçler, riskler, atılamayan adımlar, atılan ama sarsan adımlar, inançlar, hayal kırıklıkları… Geçen neredeyse 3 seneye dönüp baktığımda birçok kare geçiyor zihnimden. Ama bu 3 sene hem bireysel ölçekte beni, hem de biricik örgütlenmemiz ICHILD’ı dönüştürdü. Şimdi bu iki kareye baktığımızda aynı kişiyi görüyoruz ama bu iki karede kesinlikle aynı kişiler yok. Tüm süreç için, değişimler ve dönüşümler için çok heyecanlıyım! A Change is Gonna Come! ❤️ ••••••• a lot of things has changed 🙃 March 2019 - December 2021 🌎 Technically, only a short amount of time has passed since the day the idea of creating an organization had settled in my mind. During this time, I learned a lot. and a lot of things have really changed. Hard processes, risks, steps that couldn't be taken, steps that were taken yet challenged me, beliefs, disappointments… When I look back at the past almost 3 years, many images pass through my mind. But these 3 years have transformed both me, individually, and ICHILD, our unique organization. Now, when I look at these two pictures, I see the same person, but they are definitely not the same people. I am so excited for the changes and transformations to come and for the whole process ahead of me! A change is gonna come! ❤️‍🔥 #ichildforchild
