Greetings from Madison, Tennessee! I had the opportunity to visit the DTN6 station and it was awesome to see the operation in full swing during Prime Week. The energy, execution, and commitment from the team were truly impressive. It was also great to see our “Pin It With Pride” campaign being embraced and proudly displayed by DSPs across the station. Seeing the program come to life through the people it was designed to recognize makes all the hard work worthwhile. I received some fantastic feedback during the visit that will help us continue improving and finding new ways to celebrate the dedication, ownership, and daily efforts that go into getting packages safely home to customers.
