Leaving the RLS Conference with our Division 9 Leadership Team feeling inspired and energized for what’s ahead. 🙌 We talked about elevating how we work and continuing to intentionally shape our workplace culture around our ambition, values, and purpose — to be the most trusted healthcare partner, delivering on our promise to be America’s most trusted healthcare company, one person, one family, and one community at a time. I’m especially excited about our 2026 focus on our people, development, and growing our business the right way. When we invest in our teams, everything else follows. I’m also incredibly proud and grateful to work alongside my business partner, Region Director Diana Shamy Ibrahim, who was recognized for her outstanding front store performance in 2025. Well deserved and a true reflection of her leadership and commitment to excellence. It was great connecting with so many of our incredible cross-functional partners who help keep our business moving every single day. And shoutout to Rachael Morin for bringing the CVS pop-up shop to life at the conference — the CVS Heart collection had some amazing new swag! ❤️ Grateful. Motivated. It personally inspires, motivates, and invigorates me in the workplace and the is my signature way to reflect back with gratitude of the growth journey along the way.
