With over two decades of experience leading technology, transformation and delivery across both consulting and industry, Thorsten brings an exceptional background and impressive skill set that play a significant part in zally®’s journey. As our Head of Customer Success, Thorsten is leading with start small, learn fast, scale smart. His focus will be getting real value into customers’ hands quickly and learning from it, then turning that experience and knowledge into something we can repeat and scale, creating clear measurable value for our customers. Having helped multiple organizations adopt new technology, shape transformation programmes and turn complex change into real business outcomes, we’re excited to see how Thorsten will elevate our customer experience and work closely with our technical and non-technical teams, bridging product, engineering and clients. Thorsten’s goal at zally® is to deliver repeatable success for customers and continue to strengthen how we operate, scale and support the company’s growth in this field.
