I am incredibly proud to see the representatives of Save the Children International advisory groups and country offices leading this charge. At Save the Children, our greatest strength lies in working hand-in-hand as true partners with children and young adolescents. We don't just listen to your voices—we co-create solutions together, ensuring that children and communities are placed at the absolute center of everything we do. At this critical juncture, accountability across the aid sector is under immense pressure. To deliver on our commitments, we must do more. We need: Stronger accountability systems that hold us to our promises. Sharper, deeper engagement with the children and communities we serve. A genuine willingness to be accountable and shift power. We are immensely proud to have facilitated the participation of children and young adolescents in shaping the Humanitarian Accountability Report 2026 CHS Alliance. It is an incredibly strong, vital piece of work that addresses these urgent challenges head-on, and I highly recommend giving it a read.
