My team is growing and we are hiring AEs and a Head of Workforce SC. I’ve been thinking a lot about the “Patriot Way” — and to be clear, I am absolutely not a Patriots or Boston sports fan. But credit where it’s due: there’s something to be said for a team that made the standard the standard. Do your job. Be prepared. Win your matchup. Care more about winning than credit. Be great in the details. Make the people around you better. That’s the type of team we’re building. We’re early in a big market, which means there’s a lot to figure out, a lot to prove, and a lot to go win. I’m looking for AEs who can create urgency, open new markets, and sell with conviction.
