For over two decades, our field has talked about bridging #oralhealth and primary care, but talk alone doesn't change outcomes. This report is different: it's grounded in demonstrable results from 12 real-world practice examples that others can adapt and emulate. Inside the report, you'll find #evidence-based strategies covering preventive care across the lifespan, chronic disease management, maternal and child health, interprofessional education, and practical frameworks for championing integration in your own community.
