I am elated to announce I have completed my first week as Business Support Manager to the Managing Director of Commercial Performance & Enablement! The directorate sits within the COO of Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) at Lloyds Banking Group. We play a central role in driving key strategic initiatives across the bank, refining indirect and direct business costs, providing colleague and business enablement as well as ensuring the financial wellbeing of our customers. I am delighted by the extent and importance of this opportunity, and am excited to support the alignment, management and commercial delivery of our 400+ colleagues. I look forward to this next chapter!
