I love it when academic theory meets real life. Especially during a summer heatwave. ☀️ Official public health advice: "It’s dangerously hot outside, stay indoors where it's safe." Expert advice in articles like this: "Well, don't just go buying an air conditioner. The bureaucracy is complex, the neighbors might get annoyed, and it's not ideal for vulnerable groups..." It instantly brings to mind the words of Charles Bukowski: "Never mistake education for intelligence, you can have a PhD and still be an idiot." Apparently, following administrative protocol and sweating it out in a 30°C apartment is preferred over common-sense survival. How do you manage "expert-approved" climate control at home? Bureaucracy or actual fresh air? 👇 https://lnkd.in/dNkRee6v #CorporateLogic #CommonSense #SummerInGermany #RentingLife
