People-first leader, driving transformation through automation, AI, and scalable operating models. I empower self-organized teams to build efficient, compliant processes and deliver measurable impact.

You don’t understand operations by looking at dashboards. You understand it by being there. Spending time in Manila — not just in meetings, but in 1on1 conversations, hosting a coffee corner session, and in observing how things actually come together — shifted my perspective once again. We often talk about scaling Recruiting Operations, about efficiency, automation, AI. Especially in the context of SAP’s vision of the #AutonomousEnterprise, where systems become increasingly interconnected and self‑optimizing. And yes, that future is tangible. But being on site reminded me of something equally important: Even the most advanced system depends on a very human foundation. What stood out most to me in Manila was the exceptional care people put into their work and into each other — a mindset that naturally translates into a strong customer experience. It shows in how processes are handled, and especially in how the human stays meaningfully “in the loop” — not as a fallback, but as an ethical and intentional choice. At the same time, there is a clear capability and motivation to turn high‑volume, transactional work into something scalable, structured, and truly professional. That combination matters. Because in an autonomous enterprise: technology creates speed and scale but people ensure quality, accountability, and ethical standards. The real differentiation happens in how both come together: The more autonomous our systems become, the more conscious we need to be about the human layer that surrounds them. A big thank you to Fausto Brembilla and Dr. Christian Schmeichel for the trust — and for making it possible for me to experience this location on site. It made a real difference. I’m leaving Manila with a deeper appreciation for what it takes to build operations that don’t just scale technically — but scale with integrity and care. Autonomous systems scale processes. People make them trustworthy.   Joel Tesorero Kryštof Bezdíček Camille Marie Gonzalez Michael Yu Ed Lachica #LifeatSAP #contemporaryLeadership #AutonomousEnterprise #RecruitingOperations #AI #FutureOfWork #CustomerExperience #Trust #Gratitude
