Robots, AI... and great Baristas? ☕️🤖 🔹 What happens when you're in a room full of tech innovators and you share that Technology is only 10% of a successful, sustainable transformation? 🔹 What happens when you start discussing the culture and talent part of an ecosystem? 🔹 What happens when you talk about the skills of great baristas? Patrick Koumbi and Syed Arslan Gillani - just saying... 🔹 And what happens when your partner, DHL, provides you the stage to do just that - free format? (spoiler: you don't get thrown out, you actually get open conversations about what really makes an ecosystem work: the individual and the collective force) I was truly honored to be a keynote speaker at the recent DHL Ecosystem Innovation Forum, surrounded by the brilliant minds building the future of logistics. My message was simple: In our new blended ecosystem of agentic AI, humanoids, and robotics, the human element isn't just relevant; it's becoming the single most valuable part. And the confirmation in the room was clear. From startups to the corporate team, the consensus is that the real work isn't just building the tech; it's building the human side of the ecosystem. The biggest challenges we all face aren't just about code or hardware. They’re about: 🔹 Bridging the culture gap between start-up speed and corporate scale. 🔹 Thinking in skills and tasks instead of just roles. 🔹 Building ‘warm AI' (a teammate) instead of ‘cold AI’ (just a tool).
