The discussion centered around concrete entrepreneurial solutions for a more sustainable economy ā and what they need to succeed. We are honored to have been invited as a partner to select and delegate social business entrepreneurs to join the conversation, and brought entrepreneurs from our network: š± Maximilian Lehmann ā» ā fainin ā»ļø Florian Augustin ā Finizio šŖ± Akshay Gunteti ā Green Worms - Waste Management & Recycling The conference convened more than 300 changemakers for lively high-level conversations on how to develop solutions for international economic, environmental, and social challenges. Yunus Environment Hub's Program Director Kiara Winona Sweeney joined additional discussions on climate finance, local action, resilience, energy access and green jobs. Throughout the #GSS, one major theme stood out: climate action is not a mystery ā we know exactly what needs to be done. Now, the work is rooted in building the systems, partnerships and delivery mechanisms that make action possible. At Yunus Environment Hub, we believe social business play a vital role in closing this delivery gap. By supporting social business entrepreneurs, strengthening ecosystems and promoting zero net carbon business activities, we work to turn climate priorities into real solutions that create environmental and socio-economic impact. Thank you to the GSS for hosting this forum, and to Kiara Winona Sweeney for representing Yunus Environment Hub in these critical conversations. š Learn more about our work and programs: https://lnkd.in/e7HETkz #ClimateAction #GlobalSolutionsSummit #YunusEnvironmentHub #SustainableEconomy
