When I joined the Serban family on March 4, 2024, I couldn’t have predicted how educational and fulfilling this journey would be. Throughout the past 1 year and 10 months, I’ve experienced a profound transformation—both professionally and personally—by taking responsibility in critical projects like Turkcell ADC4, Damac Izmir DC, and many others. Beyond the technical aspects of the job, I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible team with whom we’ve stood shoulder-to-shoulder during crises, celebrated our successes, and learned something new every single day. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my managers, Betul Kezlev for their visionary leadership. My heartfelt thanks also go to Doğan GÖK, Taner Şahin , Aydın Altıntaş, Yusuf ÇORUHLU, and Mustafa Taslak; as well as our architectural team members Ceyda Olmez Ayhan , Merve Bozdağ Bulut, Hümeyra Karakaş, Begüm Samancı, Murat Batuhan Sula and our mechanical team colleague Ayşenur Balcı. Together as a team, we achieved great things. Today, I leave this chapter behind with cherished friendships and priceless experiences. Now, it’s time to take a short break and focus on the next goals of my career journey.
