July 15 is World Youth Skills Day, a UN holiday that we're celebrating because we believe in the power of skills to feed brighter futures. Across the globe, many young people face barriers to opportunity. Through Yum!’s community impact strategy, Food & Futures, we're helping expand pathways to success by investing in programs that build practical workplace skills, leadership capabilities and real-world experience.   Together with our brands, franchisees and nonprofit partners, we’re helping youth craft confidence and prepare for what’s next. Through mentorship, workplace exposure and hands-on learning opportunities, they can discover their potential and take meaningful steps toward their goals.
