9 year after our pilot study "Beklemd in de scharnieren van de tijd" (WODC-ONDERZOEK 2707), and all the work done by the colleagues for the recent comprehensive report 'Schade door Schande' led by commissions de Winter, finally led to the public apologies to the mothers who were forced to relinquish their child(ren) for adoption (1954-86) in the Netherlands.
