We are thrilled to welcome William Doherty as Head of Platform at our Munich office!   William will spearhead the further development of Yttrium's value creation platform, partnering with portfolio companies to identify growth opportunities and support operational excellence initiatives. He will facilitate cross-portfolio insights and connect companies with relevant experts to drive collective growth across Yttrium's network.   His background combines strategic consulting experience from BCG in the private equity sector with operational leadership at Spryker, where he drove strategy and revenue operations for the leading B2B commerce platform. William brings proven capabilities in collaborating with C-level executives, with particular strength in strategic planning, go-to-market execution, and churn prevention.   We couldn't be more excited to have William join the Yttrium team!
